1653.7nm Butterfly Laser Diode

Techwin 1653.7nm butterfly laser diode is specifically designed for methane (CH₄) gas detection, featuring high power, stable wavelength, narrow spectral linewidth, and a high side-mode suppression ratio (SMSR). The laser is housed in a standard 14-PIN butterfly package with standard single-mode fiber and an FC/APC connector output, ensuring good compatibility. This series of products is widely used in optical sensing and gas detection. We can also customize different wavelength gas detection sensors according to customer requirements.
