TEC Cooled Laser Diode 785/830/1064nm for Raman Detection

Techwin 785/830/1064nm butterfly TEC cooled laser diode is designed specifically for Raman spectroscopy detection. This TEC cooled laser diode module utilizes Volume Bragg Grating (VBG) stabilization, ensuring excellent wavelength stability, narrow spectral linewidth, and high side-mode suppression ratio (SMSR) even at high power output levels.

The laser diode is housed in a standard 14-PIN butterfly package with integrated thermoelectric cooling (TEC) for precise temperature control and stable performance. It is available with either 105/125 multimode fiber coupled output with an FC/PC connector or free space beam output, offering excellent compatibility.

This Techwin butterfly TEC cooled laser diode series is widely used in Raman detection, optical sensing, spectroscopy, and other precision optical applications.
